Accessing this website and hosting
When you access this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server. The following is logged:
- the page requested and the time of access,
- the volume of data transferred and the delivery status,
- browser type and version, operating system and referring page,
- the IP address of your connection.
This processing is necessary in order to deliver the site at all and to secure its operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in technically faultless and secure operation. This data is not combined with other sources. The logs are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for secure and stable operation.
Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The provider is ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany and therefore within the European Union. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies.
Local storage in your browser
For technically necessary convenience functions we use your browser’s local storage. Specifically: the light or dark appearance you have chosen (ss-modus). This information never leaves your device and is at no point transmitted to us or to third parties. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary storage), which is why no consent is required.
No traffic measurement, no third-party services
This website embeds no external fonts, no map services, no video portals, no social networks and no analytics tools. All files are delivered from our own server. No profile of your behaviour is created.
Contacting us
If you call or write to us, we process the details you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry serves the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We store your enquiry until it has been dealt with conclusively.
The “Enquire” buttons on this website open your own e-mail programme. Nothing is transmitted to the website in the process.
Recipients and processing on our behalf
Your data is not passed on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly consented. Where we use service providers, data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place.
Transfers to third countries
A transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union is not envisaged. Should a transfer occur in an individual case (for instance in a support enquiry to the host), this takes place exclusively on the basis of the standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).
No automated decision-making
Automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR does not take place.
Encryption
This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS).

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. In particular:
- 10 years for accounting records, invoices and tax-relevant business documents,
- 6 years for other business correspondence,
- 3 years for data relating to possible warranty or limitation claims.
Each period begins at the end of the calendar year in which the data arose.
